What does a home inspection consist of?

A home inspection consist of a full evaluation of the readily available components.
  • Mechanical Systems and their components (Heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical.)
  • Exterior Applications (Roofing,siding, brick veneers, foundation, and landscaping elements.)
  • Out Buildings
  • Pool Mechanics and Filtration system. ( Extra cost )
  • Interior Condition ( Windows, doors, floors, stairs and rails. )
How long does an inspection last?

Between two to three hours depending on the size of the house, and accessibility of attics and crawl spaces.

Should I walk through with the inspector?

Definitely, we highly recommend this to give the buyer knowledge of the home, we recommend you ask as many questions as you like to familiarize yourself with the home.

What do I receive?

You receive a computerized express report with digital photos at the end of the inspection. This report you can take home and review if you have not yet made your final decision.
